10/10, value and good service

I was greeted by a young man called Ajay, he was super polite and helpful. Told me lots of info about the Ford Kuga including the differences between all the spec levels, one could almost mistake him for a Kuga specialist! I was surprised to see that every panel of the car was perfect even down to the mud flaps. Their office was nice enough and you could tell that the boys knew their stuff. Will certainly be back again in the future.

Would I buy another car from them? YES!

I am very obsessive about cars. Especially for my wife! Spent a week on Autotrader with some very narrow filters (mileage, price, number of former owners, make etc) and (surprisingly, says more about me than it does the brand,) came down to the Hyundai i30. (prayed alot too!) CarNet's presentation and photography were a big attraction, reflecting a seriousness and professionalism that gave me peace about the buy. Travelled 550 miles from the northeast of Scotland, having paid CarNet a 10% deposit. Sam replied to emails and WhatsApp and picked me up from the hotel. The car was IMMACULATELY presented, and here I am, 550 miles later, back home! (I should say that CarNet was asking about £500 less than anywhere else.) I can't obviously vouch for any other car they have for sale, but this one is a cracker, and I think the whole process has been exactly as it should have been. I always ask myself when reviewing anything 'Would I do it/buy it again from the seller?' My answer here is a big 100% 'YES'.

Fantastic customer service and great garage

From original contact, enquiring about the car, to the delivery of our car we had nothing but help and advice to make buying a car very easy. Numerous phone calls asking loads of questions and Sam getting back to us at the drop of a hat. When we viewed the vehicle, the car was presented immaculately, despite a problem with a back break light which was rectified quickly we were impressed. Sam is professional and friendly and NOTHING is too much trouble. Even had extra work done and delivered it to our door. I can not recommend Sam and his garage enough. If we ever needed to buy a car and he had what we wanted we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again. You won’t be sorry if you buy a car from here. Thanks, Sam.
